Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday and generally within 24 hours of placing your order when paying by Paypal or credit card. Orders paid for by money order are shipped upon receipt of payment.

Your privacy is important to us. We only collect personal information as needed to process orders or provide services to you, such as contact and shipping information. This information is never rented or sold to third parties. Your credit card information is not stored by us. All credit card processing is safely handled by Paypal.

Returns & Replacements
Shop with confidence. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly return your item. Contact us at 1-888-874-6463 or 1-757-442-6143 for return authorization. Buyer pays all return handling and shipping costs. If we make an error, we will refund all costs. No refunds for loss or damage on uninsured parcels or for slow delivery by carriers.

Ordering
You may place your order online or by phone. To order online, simply find the item(s) you want and click the add to cart button. You will be able to enter your zip code and estimate shipping costs. When finished selecting items, click the Proceed to Checkout button within your shopping cart. Follow the on screen instructions to enter your shipping and payment information. If paying by credit card, your order is processed immediately. If you choose money order as your form of payment, you will be given the address to send payment. Your order will be processed upon receipt of payment. When ordering online, you will also have the option of setting up an account. This will allow you to save your shipping information for future visits, view your order history, and manage your newsletter subscription.

When you call, please have the item number(s), your contact information, shipping address and credit card information available. We accept payment by credit card, Paypal account or money orders in US currency. Your credit card statement or Paypal account will reflect a charge from Exmore Outlet Center which is the parent company of this website. Prices listed do not include tax or shipping and handling fees. These are calculated during the checkout process. Items shipped within the state of Virginia are applicable to 5% sales tax as required by law.
